Standard (Self-Paced/Online Courses)
Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
After this period, no refunds are available.
Premium Courses (Live Sessions, Practicum, Mentoring)
No refunds are available once the course has commenced.
Withdrawals received at least 7 days prior to the start date may receive a refund minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or deferrals may be considered at the discretion of Building Brain Connections.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Affiliate Commission
Affiliate commissions apply only to enrolments remaining active after the refund period.
