PAYMENT:
We try to make our payment system as easy and hassle free as possible. Payments are all done by direct deposit. Details will be on the bottom of your invoice.
Lessons are payable a term in advance. Two weeks before term starts you will be issued with an invoice which will be payable a few days before the start date. If starting mid term, you will be given 1 week to pay your invoice.
We value your involvement where we believe in MUSIC FOR LIFE! As we introduce your family to the gift of music, we marvel at how much families get from music learning each week.
CANCELLATION
Tuition refunds or credit towards future classes may be given if there are extenuating circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis.
Missed Lessons and Make Up Classes
All missed lessons by you are payable. If Diana misses a lesson, your account will be credited toward the next term’s invoice. We do not offer makeup classes for piano as Diana’s timetable does not allow for it.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PUPIL FREE DAYS
No classes or lessons are held on Public Holidays (unless arranged) but we do teach on Pupil Free days.
If you are in a different state than Queensland, Diana makes every effort to accomodate your school holidays where possible.
